Regarding geographic redundancy, are services available from multiple data centres (e.g., France and Canada), or only from a single site?

Customers can select their preferred web hosting location. Two options are available: Europe (France and Switzerland) or Canada (Quebec). It is also possible to host across two locations, providing redundancy in case of issues at one site.

As I understand it, The World hosting is located in data centres in Canada, France, and Switzerland. What about backups and N0C storage files? Are these stored in the same data centres or alternated (for example, hosting in France and backups/N0C storage in Canada)? Specifically, is setting up backups on N0C storage a recommended strategy?

I don’t need to restore anything immediately, but if I do encounter an issue, how can I recover my sites from your backups?
